面試常見CV題點答先可以將功補過 ✅ 避免顯示你無吹大咗?💯⭐同場加映考題Giveaway⭐踏入10月,同學仔陸續開始收到Phone in/In-person 甚至乎Panel Interview嘅邀請👥,前面辛苦改CV練Apt Tests,當然唔想功虧一簣,但interview時好多同學都好容易忽略一款問題,就係「CV系列」題,即係針對你份CV問返你寫過嘅嘢,特別係HR就會問得最仔細!你一定會諗,點解有寫都仲要問,而且覺得份resume我自已寫,又點會唔識答呢?嗱!魔鬼就在細節😈!今次就以我哋其中一個拎到UBS Corp Comm Offer嘅同學做例子,實際解釋下點解咁基本都要答得到同答得好!⭐睇到尾仲有「CV系列」題大放送⭐!你唔係唔拎返一份去Prep啊?1️⃣確保你唔係請槍、無吹到離晒大嫂CV就係要大大力隱惡揚善,HR第一次睇嘅時候可能只有7秒鐘,當然要將最好嘅擺哂出來,唔好留力!但有時同學就會走火入魔,明明有d tasks無做過都講到係自己做晒,明明係team work就吹到一腳踢,呢啲當然唔要得啦❎!因為HR好多時會針對你寫嘅experience,用佢閱人無數、喺呢行食鹽多過你食米嘅態度去檢查你嘅technicality,例如某個task用咗咩tools,過程幾耐,點樣execute先有你所講嘅achievements,以確保你唔係得個講字,唔會請咗你返工先發現你咩都唔識💦。我哋Coaches平日幫同學執CV時,都會好着重同學點樣表達,關你apply緊嘅位咩事等等。例如我哋有位讀Marketing 嘅學生,想Apply UBS嘅Group Research Analytics & Communications🙋,喺寫CV時coach就要佢寫返用咗咩platform 做research,有無數據backup,對條team有咩implications等等,展示佢有analytical skills,幫同學think 3 steps ahead,咁到面試時,就等於一早rehearse晒喇✨。2️⃣補返CV唔理想的地方近期好多同學搵我哋求救嘅其中一個concern,就係未join coaching program前,就已經交咗份CV出去,好怕呢份「爛CV」會變回力鏢🪃,點算好?交咗出去又的確無得返轉頭,唯有收到面試時好好把握呢個逆轉勝機會,解釋返CV上寫漏嘅、寫得衰嘅,有必要時轉移視線,令HR忽略你唔小心寫錯嘅嘢。另外,如果同學一開始就懶,用同一份CV申請幾十份工,咁面試時就要針對性咁解釋返post specific嘅嘢啦😊!咁有咩必問題目?.Walk me through your CV.Tell me something we can’t find on your CV.What have you learned from your university education that prepare you for your career?.Why do you want to work here rather than pursue a career in XX in consistent with your studies?.Tell me about the most difficult assignment/task you carried out and why you found it difficult..During your time at xx, can you share one thing that you could have done better?呢幾條問題都只係基本中嘅基本,如果大家都差唔多要準備真人interview,或者仲係stuck在前一round system video in,Career Hackers 精選咗各個大firms每年都最愛翻炒嘅「CV系列」題🫶,例如BlackRock、Morgan Stanley、BAML、HSBC、Big4 等等,只要大家Follow 我哋,留言你最想知道邊間firm嘅問題,或者寫「我要大包圍」🙌,小編就會爽手DM你Question bank!🤲不過都係果句,俾咗問題你但你亂咁答都一樣會GG…如果怕完全唔識Prep,或要Target知道唔同公司有咩style,而家Join 我哋coaching program 都唔遲架(Bio link 搵我哋啦)!有同學仔join咗短短兩日就執完CV做埋interview training 去見工喇! 🔥
