究竟Big 4 Interview?有咩特點?點樣玩法?

想入Big 4都知Big 4 interview 可以大致分為幾個部分,今日就嚟介紹下好多人都覺得好難嘅Assessment Centre! (AC)到底咩係AC🧐?AC通常包括Group Assessment同Manager Interview。值得注意呢兩part唔係必然㗎🤓! 部分Advisory位有機會跳過Group Assessment,直接進入Manager Interview 。PwC, Deloitte, EY 同KPMG嘅AC 都有自己一套做法,但整體離唔開以下內容。首先一開始會同你玩ice-breaking games🥶(呢part都會睇㗎!!)然後就會收到一個business case,要求你係限時內分析同比較唔同options ,然後做individual 或group presentation。多數會先有15分鐘左右read case,然後再用around半個鐘同其他人一齊討論,最後匯報。之後會係Manager-In 或者individual-in。通常會round table問你問題,例如關於你頭先係group discussion 嘅表現,又或者係問你點解想嚟big4做等等。亦有可能係一對一或者多對一嘅interview。呢度只係一篇對AC嘅簡單overview😉,仲有好多深入分析等緊大家🤫P.S. 我哋推出左專為入Big4而設嘅coaching program! 係過去果一年入邊,我哋已經有超過30個同學收到Big4 offer🤩 (有幾個更加係加入咗我哋少於兩個禮拜就即刻收到offer!)如果你哋有興趣嘅話,快啲嚟報名或者聯絡我哋啦 (link in bio/ DM小編)!
