唔係執CV 同 mock interview 喳咩❓🤔 Career Coaching 有咩嘢可以搞一年或以上❓Career Coaching 都可以有刻板印象:覺得淨係幫手執CV 、做下Mock Interview,搵個 Mentor卜個Session 問下卦,無啦?⏸️🤚就等Career Hackers 話俾大家知,點解我哋個Coaching Program 要搞12個月咁長為之一個Cycle?同埋同學仔最常問嘅:Y1 白紙咁參加係唔係太早;而Final Year 或者畢咗業先 Join 就太遲?12個月大概就係同學仔讀完一個Year 包埋實習所需要嘅時間,或者畢咗業嘅人返工發現自己要轉行要追的時間。在Coaching 過程中,除咗☝早期幫同學按興趣/擅長/可持續做落去嘅事,規劃適合佢嘅 Career Plan✌定期針對唔同情況 Optimise份CV及Train Interview and Hacking skills👌補足攻讀專業知識及行業認知層面上嘅Technicals4️⃣實習中定時Review 目標及進度,最最最重要就係花時間去Build up 每個人都唔同嘅 ✨👉Intangibles 👈✨。✨Intangibles 係咩?就係當你工作所需嘅知識、專業水平、同其他人相同嘅時候,可以突顯你Uniqueness 及 Way of Beings 嘅元素✨。舉個最易明的例子,模特兒會保持身材同體能最佳狀能係基本,但有啲超模一企出嚟氣場特別唔同,好多時就係氣質、思考模式、應變能力等嘅分野,都係 Intangibles 一部份👑,好難Spoonfeed 或一日內訓練出來,亦唔係執完CV就做到100%的效果,要畀時間從生活、從習慣上、從Networking 之中學習同埋「浸」出來🍷。講到咁玄,舉一啲我哋 Coaches 同同學仔都親身經歷過嘅情況,去到Superday/或Final Round 面試見 Managing Director 或更高級嘅人時,Interview時間可長可短⏳,有啲Candidate 傾咗10分鐘就出房走,但亦有人傾足成個鐘,傾咩呢,可以係🍷紅酒、🎞️電影、⛰️行山、🐟街市行情、天南地北乜都有,資歷以外,你個人最Impressive的部份,好多面試官就係從中推敲出,你係唔係Good fit for the position💪。Career Hackers 的 Coaching Program 就係要花時間 Hack 埋呢一部份💪。透過同 Coaches Regular Calls 的 Immersion、參加我哋舉辦的 Networking Events 及 Workshops,去建立返只有你、無其人可以搶走的Intangibles✨,而 Alumni 之間亦可以建立到 Organic Network Loops,呢部份嘅 Takeaways ,唔單止 Secure 到眼前一份工,而係 Life-long 地 Contribute 到同學嘅 Career 🌳。中學或大學都有生涯規劃,除非父母已經有家族生意幫你定埋條路,否則大部份人寫到大學畢業志願做咩後,最多加多句結婚/供樓/生仔/退休/環遊世界之類就草草交功課。但真正開始自己打江山嘅人生仲有幾十年,用一、兩年時間去 Plan 其實點計都唔過份😎。咁Grad 咗就太遲?
