一文解答:我已經畢咗業,Coaching仲收唔收?附 Citibank 成功案例做參考~又到同學FAQ:「我已經畢咗業,coaching仲收唔收?」🎓就等小編整理一下過往「收咗」同「無收」嘅同學,差距喺邊。🛑先講「無收」嘅情況,我哋一般都希望同學提供多少少資訊俾我哋,等我哋都review到到底你係唔係真係需要同適合參加coaching program,例如grad咗幾耐、career goal 係咩、最近動向等等,因為真係有人走來問點樣加入餐飲或aviation cadet…一啲完全超越Career Hackers coaches 專業嘅行業真係愛莫能助。❇️而「收咗」嘅同學當中,我哋都好着重佢敲門時嘅determination同埋係唔係有準備長期作戰,想同大家分享Chris 呢個最終殺入Citibank嘅個案。先講 Chris 少少背景:🎓Poly U 畢業近4年快5年🔍期間轉過4份工,偏向research&admin role🔰希望轉入banking industry最初Coaches都對Chris 呢個case有保留,因為grad咗咁耐,唔eligible參加bank 嘅 grad progam,而work experience亦唔直接relevant to banking,棘手就在要轉返入去都未必一步可以到位📍。不過Chris 當時決心好大,唔怕投資長時間⏳,填我哋嘅 Application form時都寫爆,俾哂參考文件我哋,仲直接報咗CUHK MSc in Finance,成功入學。Coaches 都被佢誠意打動,決定同Chris一齊搏盡佢。Chris enroll咗coaching program之後都無失過縱,頭兩個月就住報工同準備資料,前前後後一共同coaches back and forth 改咗8次CV字📝,唔係小修小補、改粒字就一次喎,係就住唔同嘅job position,每一行改到最fit 最靚仔。💡Chris 一邊上CV Masterclass,一邊將份空蕩蕩嘅CV砍掉重煉🖍再跟據coaches 嘅逐字advice,抽調返所有banking 重視嘅transferrable skills&achievements,加長縮短,去到第3、4份時,已經recognise唔到同第一份CV係講緊同一個人。👑再加上同coaches immersive trainings on intangibles,佢已經有ideas有幾多係as a hook夠吸引咁寫落CV,有幾多係要留返interview時補充,整個人都更street smart同有信心。其實同學前期application花功夫,後期interview preps都要好用功,coach話見過有同學有時video in / HR in 會偷懶,即使有時間prep,都會一份答案C&P走天涯,coach有時要追住佢重新做research 同改都幾頭痛,因為唔想同學唔小心就甩咗個offer。不過Chris 都唔介意coach有時comments 比較mean & harsh,一針見血指出不足然後重寫🪡,例如指出題型屬於咩intention嘅題目、要點樣deliver先係簡而精。Coach 唔希望當同學係溫室小花咁日日都nice nice🌸,因為真係你返internship時,收到嘅feedback可以harsh 十倍👿,聽到同學想喊都試過😭。所以平日唔練埋個心臟,點樣捱到internship夠人爭埋個return offer?又,coaches真係睇得出一個同學係唔係無做過research就交功課,更何況日日喺同一間公司返工見過上千份CV嘅HR,甚至一問便知龍與鳳嘅MD👔? 無啲絕殺intangibles真係難啲impress到人架!Coaching Program 唔係genie🫖,唔會參加咗事情就會自動好轉,只係我哋coaches 擁有資源比較多📚,無論係畢咗業嘅同學,定係未畢業嘅同學,心態要求都係一樣,要肯用先有用!用到盡定係用少少都係你主導架~所以同學,你schedule咗個demo call之後,我Career Success Manager一定會確保你了解個program有幾多offerings,對你來講最關鍵有用嘅地方係咩,係唔係符合到你嘅expectation,你需要考慮嘅,唔會再係問我哋收唔收,而係你有幾ready 同我哋一齊拼搏哦!有咩想問,不如直接去bio link book個call再重點傾傾?
