UBS 十年預報!有咩市場大趨勢 📈 影響緊銀行發展及請人方向?2022 年經濟下滑咗成年,economists 同 bankers都似乎預咗通脹同埋Recession會糾纏整個2023年。不過實際上各間銀行會點預測同關注接下來一年嘅 market trends呢📊?Market sense 係無論要入行 #finance 定 #banking嘅同學仔,都一定要知道嘅資訊!上次講咗JPMorgan,今次就睇下UBS嘅預測啦!今年有啲唔同嘅係UBS唔只預測2023年,更加放眼未來十年嘅大趨勢🧐。究竟有咩三大趨勢會影響未來十年嘅經濟同市場發展呢?控制通脹💵UBS提到大部分央行現行嘅策略都係透過加息去控制通脹。控制通脹嘅策略可能會導致經濟短期內下滑📉,但係長遠嚟講,加息可以引導減少一啲non-productive嘅投資,令到市場上嘅capital allocation更好。換個角度,政府就未必鍾意喺自己任期見到經濟下滑🥸,如果推行嘅經濟政策同央行加息嘅策略唔一致,又或者強迫央行減低加息幅度,咁就可能會導致經濟陣痛期延長,令市場更波動。綠色能源🔋世界各地都推廣緊綠色能源,希望達至零碳排放。UBS認為,雖然未來十年未必可以完全擺脫對非再生能源嘅依賴,但係俄烏戰事嘅影響下,對能源嘅需求亦都增加🥲,變相為綠色能源提供一個好好嘅發展機會🤩。不過,UBS亦都有提到,要過渡去綠色能源仲要啲時間,能源需求無辦法喺短期內舒緩,所以好可能因為咁令到通脹持續多好幾年。Digital Transformation💻喺UBS嘅十年預報入面,提到最大嘅趨勢就係digitalisation。過去兩年嘅疫情令到好多公司都改變咗運作模式,唔再依賴physical office,甚至乎可以fully virtual📡,有啲公司更加因為virtual呢個趨勢應運而生。呢個改變迫使唔少傳統企業去追上科技發展嘅步伐,令佢哋喺唔同工作範圍都增加咗科技嘅運用。而UBS認為呢個趨勢只會繼續落去,為唔同企業帶來更高嘅效率。UBS都唔係齋講,亦都有walk the talk。近年佢哋開咗個Chief Digital and Information Office (CDIO) 專門recruit世界各地多達20,000個🤯software engineer同埋data analyst,幫UBS去進行自己嘅digitalisation,包括automation、blockchain、cloud、data等等唔同範疇嘅project🤓。其實除咗engineers,UBS依家開始要non-tech roles嘅應徵者都需要識python同VBA。例如:2023 Off-cycle Intern Program - Global Markets2023 Summer Intern Program - Global Markets QuantInternship 2023, Group Internal Consulting - Emerging SolutionsGraduate Talent Program 2023, Treasury Risk Analyst唔剩只UBS,原來唔少finance同consulting firms(BAML, HSBC, JPMorgan, McKinsey)都陸續用coding test去搵一啲識programming嘅人。識coding已經變到好似識Microsoft Office咁重要。我哋見過唔少有興趣同能力入行finance或者consulting嘅同學,但係就因為驚咗 coding tests而放棄多個career opportunities,或者因為缺乏最基本嘅programming knowledge,令到offers 白白流走🥲。所以Career Hackers 決定推出一個專為呢類學生而設嘅 IT Bootcamp - Essential Tech Skills for Finance and Consulting,專注教所需嘅tools,包括 Python同VBA等等,幫您的career提升到next level 🆙。個課程將會由HSBC Data Engineer and Ex-Hedge Fund Quant traders 編寫同教學,有齊tutorials、hands-on projects同埋最緊要嘅報工coding test hacks,因為我哋都唔想同學喺出面自學完coding 但返工時卻唔識用返出來啊😎~如果想參加或了解更多嘅,就快啲去Bio Link 趁新年元宵前仲有利是優惠報個名先喇⭐️!
