【Resume系列✍️第二篇：背景篇📄】上篇簡單介紹左IBanking嘅Resume，依家正式進入寫Resume嘅過程啦！仲讀緊U或者就快grad嘅你記住mark低D tips啦～😉Resume嘅Header最重要嘅一點就係將Header置中，同埋你個名嘅字體係最大‼️名下面可以寫低你嘅電話，地址同Email，方便通知你幾時interview之類嘅信息。好多人都想知究竟Resume洗唔洗放相，其實就好睇地區嘅～某D地區會係Resume度加自己嘅照片，呢個係佢地果區常見嘅做法🧐但係一般嘅Resume通常就唔會加自己相，因為每個人對樣貌都有自己主觀嘅諗法，加左相嘅Resume有機會會引起bias，咁就唔好啦😖Header之後就係Education，Education嘅Key points有4個，包括：✨邊間大學grad ✨你嘅major係咩✨畢業日期 ✨GPA分數假如你係跟住果兩個section要寫關於Business或者finance嘅內容，最好係Education包埋Honors，相關Coursework同埋你做過嘅Research啦～☺️記住，即使你覺得自己GPA好低分（例如低過3），都一定要將GPA寫落Resume，唔係嘅話，HR會以為你個GPA係極低分（例如低過2）。假如你GPA唔高分，唔洗驚！🤣你可以試下用Major嘅GPA代替。如果你想強調自己有strong improvement trend，你甚至可以用第2／3年嘅GPA做取替✌🏻如果你去過exchange或者出國留學✈️就記住寫埋去外國讀書嘅經歷啦！另外，除非你係啱啱入大學，唔係就唔洗寫中學嘅教育背景～😝想知黎緊果兩個Section有咩tips？記得follow我地啦！！😚😚順帶一提，我哋個手機app推出左Job Tracker呢一個新功能！可以一次過睇晒所有大行嘅deadline同埋set reminder! 確保你以後唔會Miss任何deadline🥰😍快啲去download/update啦(link in bio)!
