Interview點先令人記得你?想拎offer全靠呢啲問題!上一次我哋就講咗CV嘅Dos & Don’ts啦,Pass咗下一步就自然到大家最手騰腳震嘅interview啦!成日都有同學仔pm我哋問點樣可以喺面試嘅時候留低深刻嘅印象俾interviewer,坊間有啲說法叫同學仔面試嘅時候串下佢哋,好似玩火咁唔知幾時燒著你㗎。今次小編就分享下點樣可以為interview準備得好啲啦!Interview就係俾雙方深入認識,要達到呢個目的就係靠互相問問題啦。Interviewers本來就準備咗好多問題拋俾同學仔,但in reverse大家都可以準備少少問題問返公司,等對方知道你care同有做功課呀嘛。到底問啲咩好?即刻開估!1. What qualities do successful employees in this role possess?成功人士我哋喺Linkedin見唔少,要具備啲咩quality呢?呢個問題喺面試入面就可以幫你瞭解到公司對applicants嘅能力同心態嘅期望,同時亦都可以俾你知道呢個職位嘅Measure of Success同埋KPI。佢可以令你更加容易喺回答問題嘅時候,將呢啲KPI relate返自己擁有嘅經驗同技能,sell自己都易啲啦。同時,佢哋俾嘅答案亦都可以幫助你判斷自己係唔係適合呢份工作。如果公司嘅期望同你嘅優勢相符,你就可以更加有信心地追求呢個opportunity。反之,如果佢同你嘅優勢或興趣唔一致,可能表示呢個職位唔適合你。我哋曾經有同學仔試過interview完Bugle Bracket之後發現自己嘅強項同個role嘅responsibility & learning唔太夾,所以即使佢收到offer最後都reject咗,勉強無幸福呀。2. What are some of the biggest challenges that someone in this role would face?喺interview入面問呢條問題嘅重點係幫你瞭解呢份工可能會面對嘅障礙,等你更加容易為呢份工制定應對嘅solutions。所謂食得咸魚抵得渴,每份工都一定有佢令人羨慕同厭惡之處,早啲了解就避免你有expectation mismatch。同時呢條問題都唔係問完就算㗎,最重要係你點樣可以follow-up去展示你有主動解決問題嘅態度同埋願意接受挑戰嘅決心。咁樣可以向interviewers展示你真係對呢份工有興趣,明白呢份工作嘅困難所在,但依然願意接受挑戰,而且努力追求成功。3. How does the company foster professional development and growth for its employees?拍拖最緊要係咩呀?Commitment呀嘛。返工都一樣,公司對員工嘅commitment都好值得大家重視㗎。呢條問題就可以幫大家了解公司對員工Career & Personal Development嘅承諾。除此之外,大家仲可以了解到上網未必search到嘅資訊,包括公司training、progression plan,以及career advancement program等等。佢哋全部都可以俾大家審視下呢間公司係咪一間願意投資於員工嘅公司,又適唔適合你長期發展。問完之後亦記得要展示你對呢間公司、呢個role、你個人嘅承諾。僱主通常會對願意學習同埋自我增值嘅求職者抱有深刻啲嘅印象㗎,咁拎到offer嘅機會都大啲啦!4.
