早前同大家提及過唔同type嘅interviews questions 應該點答,心水清嘅你哋🤫應該留意到仲有一種99%會出現嘅類型未分析。無錯,就係case interviews 喇😏 今次同大家一連5個post,逐步逐步分析到底需要咩skills去答😎第一件事,亦都係最重要嘅一件事,就係你要明白interviewers嘅思維方式🧠。所謂易地而處,你要先諗下interviewers想要啲咩,先可以達到佢哋嘅要求同impress 佢哋嘛🤤 雖然呢個係一個事前唔清楚內容嘅interview ,但根據最後攞到offer嘅人分享,絕大部分人已經排練類似format超過50個鐘🤯,所以結論係,interviewers想要一個已經好似同事咁嘅candidates🧐。而佢哋睇重嘅area,有兩方面:1️⃣Interpersonal skills無論你cv寫得幾好幾靚,interviewer更加睇重係你真人嘅同人相處能力🗣。例如係做consulting ,識得一步步將複雜嘅事講到client易follow係一個重要嘅能力。2️⃣independent problems-solving skills簡單哋講,interviewer想知就係到底你入嚟做之後可以自己解決到問題,定係要我babysit你先做到🤭?為咗更準確哋測試,interviewers有時仲會問non-standard 嘅問題,好多時候佢唔係要求你要答到right answers,更多著重於你嘅臨場應對,短時間內組織答案,篩走無謂內容嘅能力。最後,記住每個interviewers 嘅一舉一動都係有目的嘅,希望模擬真實工作環境再搵出邊個candidates 最適合公司。Prep個陣記住諗多啲呢方面! 😉想知埋其他format或者interviews 入面嘅細節注意事項? 記住留意我哋ig喇🤘
