HireVue Interview: Video-in做錯咗呢d就會被人篩走？！

上次我地簡單介紹咗HireVue Interview嘅特色，實際運作步驟，以及佢嘅好處/壞處😍今次我地想同大家分享點樣可以well-prepare呢個interview😉Interview問題主要分為三個方向🔸Generic Behavioural Questions ▪️Why our bank?🔸Markets-Based Questions ▪️What’s a recent deal that you’ve followed?🔸Simple Technical Questions▪️What are the three main financial statements?整個HireVue Interview嘅目的係篩走一部分應徵者，你需要做嘅就係花費數小時去規劃自己嘅經歷同埋強弱之處，幫自己整理好對答嘅流程🔥假如係員工review你嘅答案，佢哋通常都係multi-tasking，所以好少會好專注咁聆聽🤭相反，假如係AI review，佢哋好難去定斷“好”，但佢哋可以輕易咁搵出你嘅錯處，例如係語速太快😰因此，係整個HireVue Interview中，你絕對唔可以犯下大錯‼️你可以跟住以下呢幾個步驟黎練習。㊙️㊙️㊙️搵一個安靜而有良好網路連接嘅地方，寫低sample questions係note card，然後從中抽5-10條黎回答。每次用30秒黎準備，隨即回答90秒，呢個步驟必須用秒錶計時。用任何一個software例如Skype紀錄整個過程，然後不斷翻睇再改善自己嘅答案。✅建議✅-向攝像頭直接對答，但盡可能唔好係螢幕見到自己嘅樣-保持eye contact❎避免❎-使用過多手勢/肢體語言-語速太快，一分鐘大約125-150個英文生字HireVue Interview將會係一個趨勢，皆因公司希望透過AI程式化招聘流程，減低成本，而你必須為此付出額外嘅時間練習✍🏻不過傳統嘅interview係唔會消失，只要你嘅工作仍需要與人溝通同建立關係，就需要人類去判斷你適唔識合擔任呢個職位😏想獲得更多有關資訊，記得follow我地，跟貼我地嘅post啦🥰
