邊間大firm已經出咗Video Interview?盲舂舂想要Tips 準備好？例子問題大公開！相信開始咗搵工嘅大家都好擔心唔知自己／某間bank 或 firm 嘅application去到邊個status，又或者唔知點準備下一個stage。所以我哋都希望share下最新情報俾同學仔，知己知彼，百戰百勝！我哋都羅列咗部份已經出咗VI 嘅firm ＆ questions 俾大家參考打定個底～save post去準備答案啦！Bank of AmericaBoA嘅每個position都有customized嘅問題，但都會有必問嘅 general question：“Which one of your key accomplishments best illustrates your personal initiative andwillingness to push beyond what is required?”NomuraNomura嘅VI問題每條題目都會俾一分鐘你準備，每個candidate有兩分鐘去作答，其中包括："Describe a time when you had to be particularly adaptable and flexible to complete a task or project."JP Morgan同Nomura一樣，每位同學仔都各有有一分鐘嘅準備時間，兩分鐘嘅答題時間。而佢哋亦有好多套VI嘅question set，有時佢哋會mix唔同嘅問題嚟問，所以我哋要準備多啲啦：“What attracts you to J.P.
